I also handle load-bearing wall removal to open up spaces and select handyman projects, taking every job through a structured 3-phase process.
Our process begins with Pre-construction for initial estimates, brainstorming, product selections, and a guaranteed fixed price with a $500 deposit. Phase 2 is Construction, covering demo, MEP/framing, city inspections, tile, and fixture setting. Phase 3 is Post-construction, including final walkthroughs, reviews, and direct warranty support.
Brainstorming and design changes are welcomed during Pre-construction. To guarantee your fixed project price and protect your budget, all chosen details must be finalized in the signed scope. During construction, payments follow clear milestones: a 50% down payment, 40% when fixtures are set, and the remainder upon final walkthrough.
